Exchange/Return Policy

It is very important to us that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we do allow exchanges within 7 days of purchase.

If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.  Sorry, we do not accept returns. Factory defects will be excepted/refunded up to the 7 days from when item shows delivery date. Once TCKB receives the item the refund/ or exchange if item is available to replace. 
If you would like to exchange your item please make sure to take the following steps:
1. Email us at thetealcactuskb@gmail.com 
2. Items must not be worn, used, damaged or tampered with and must still be in brand new condition.
Changing and Canceling Items
Once an order is placed on preorder items you have 15 days for 100% refund. After 15 days you will be charged a 15% restoking fee. 
On Hand Items can not be canceled once order is placed. 
Lost or Stolen Items
Once item has been shipped it becomes the property of the recipient .The Teal Cactus Kids Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen items once items have been placed in the mail. We are not responsible for USPS delays/misplaced/lost items.
If your item has been lost or stolen, contact your post office or carrier delivering your package and/or local law enforcement.
